How Genie Schools uses the information you give us.
Who we are
Genie Schools runs after-school science clubs and workshops in schools. If you have any questions about your information, email hello@genieschools.co.uk.
What we collect
Parent/carer name, email and phone; child's first name, year group and school; booking and payment details; any medical or allergy information shared with us.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a free taster session, run your child's club and take payment. If you tick the box on our free-trial form, we'll also send you occasional news about clubs, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
The school where your child's club runs, and our payment providers when you pay (GoCardless Direct Debit or Pay by Bank).
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them to arrange your child's club.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@genieschools.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
